12th Annual Ventura County SUMMERFEST in Ventura Saturday, June 3



Come visit Environmental Sustainability’s booth at SUMMERFEST on Saturday, June 3, 2017, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. at the Ventura Unified School District (VUSD) Education Service Center, 255 West Stanley Avenue, Ventura.

The event, a celebration of healthy living featuring hands-on crafts, educational exhibits, sporting events, music, and more is presented by Ventura Education Partnership (VEP) and the VUSD, and is FREE and open to the public.

Visitors to the Environmental Sustainability booth will be given the opportunity to play environmental games and a chance to win some fantastic GREEN prizes! In addition, Ventura Water will be hosting a booth, and other city departments will have vehicles present to check out. Vehicles include a BuildSMART trailer outfitted with a variety of durable material displays, installations, and energy efficient systems, the Police Department’s Bear Cat SWAT vehicle, a fire engine from the Fire Department, and a vactor truck from Ventura Water.
